Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Develop innovative and creative architectural designs that align with the client’s requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences. Create conceptual sketches, 2D drawings, and 3D models to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Building Regulations and Codes: Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, and zoning laws. Stay updated with relevant building codes and standards and incorporate them into the design process.
- Client Collaboration: Consult and collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budgetary constraints. Interpret and translate client requirements into architectural solutions while offering professional advice and design recommendations.

- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Include accurate measurements, material specifications, and construction details to facilitate the construction process.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors, to ensure coordination and integration of various design elements. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional license or registration as an architect (varies by country).
- Proven experience working as an architect, preferably in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Strong design and visualization skills, including the ability to create 2D drawings and 3D models.
