Key Responsibilities:

  5. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Include accurate measurements, material specifications, and construction details to facilitate the construction process.
  6. Site Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough site analysis, including environmental and geological assessments, to inform the design process. Consider factors such as site topography, climate, and natural lighting to optimize the building’s performance and integration with the surroundings.
  7. Sustainable Design: Integrate sustainable design principles and practices, such as energy efficiency, green materials, and passive design strategies, into architectural projects to minimize environmental impact and enhance occupant comfort.
  8. Construction Supervision: Provide on-site supervision during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Professional license or registration as an architect (varies by country).
  • Proven experience working as an architect, preferably in an architectural firm.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Strong design and visualization skills, including the ability to create 2D drawings and 3D models.
