3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

  1. 3D Modelling and Rendering: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs, products, or concepts using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender. Apply materials, textures, and lighting to achieve realistic and visually pleasing renderings.
  2. Visualization Creation: Produce high-quality still images, walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animations that showcase the proposed designs or concepts. Incorporate artistic composition and camera techniques to create compelling visual presentations.
  3. Design Interpretation: Understand and interpret architectural plans, sketches, or product specifications to accurately represent them in 3D visualizations. Collaborate with architects, designers, or clients to ensure the visualization aligns with the intended vision.
  4. Lighting and Texturing: Set up appropriate lighting conditions and apply textures and materials to enhance the realism and visual appeal of the 3D visualizations. Adjust lighting parameters to achieve desired moods or atmospheres.
  5. Animation and Motion Graphics: Create dynamic and engaging animations to illustrate movement, assembly processes, or product functionalities. Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and sound to enhance the visual storytelling.
  6. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into the visualizations. Participate in design discussions and provide creative input to enhance the overall visualization process.
  7. Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of the 3D visualizations by reviewing and refining models, textures, lighting, and animations. Conduct thorough checks for inconsistencies, errors, or artifacts and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Time and Task Management: Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Estimate time requirements for each project phase and allocate resources effectively.
  9. Software and Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest software tools, techniques, and industry trends in 3D visualization. Continuously enhance skills in modelling, rendering, animation, and post-production processes.
  10. Presentation and Client Interaction: Present and explain visualizations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Communicate effectively, listen to feedback, and make necessary revisions based on client requirements.
